By paying the fees as indicated this contract, both parties agree to the terms outlined below and in the Commercial Terms Sheet.
These terms and conditions set forth the terms under which Barnab Limited "Service Provider" agrees to provide services to the Client "You" in connection with the generation and preparation of government applications.
Refunds are only available in cases where Barnab has failed to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in this contract. No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully completed, or if an application is rejected due to inaccuracies in the information provided by the Client or due to the decision of the relevant authority.
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary information and documentation required for the application process. The Client must also ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the engagement and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
The Service Provider's liability under this contract shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client. The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by authorities or third parties, including but not limited to government bodies, councils, or embassies, which may result in the rejection or delay of the application.
Either party may terminate this contract with written notice via email at any time, or if the other party breaches the contract terms and fails to rectify the breach within 7 days of written notification.
Any disputes arising under this contract will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Any amendments to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous discussions, agreements, or understandings.
